Hospital Name 3600 Square foot casual dine in restaurant located just off Antonio Parkway exit from the 241 freeway.
The store is part of a large upscale strip center. This project was a remodel of an existing COCOs restaurant. The schedule was very tight as the owners did not want to be closed any longer than necessary. As well as a complete remodel of the dining room the cook line had to be updated to accommodate the new Rubys menu..
The Team at Gary Maddox Construction ran with the problems, brought them to a spot on conclusion and opened the store on time, working 24 hours a day 7 days a week when the job called for it.
